FAQ

Do you ever make Custom work?

Sometimes.
Shoot me an email at allgood.joey@gmail.com and let's talk details.

Do YOU MAKE ORIGINALS OR LIMITED EDITION Work?

The short answer is not right now.

The long answer is that when I started creating, I had two goals in mind:

1) Make work that is meaningful to me.
2) Make work that is accessible to everyone.

When I decided to start selling my artwork, I felt I needed to add a third goal:

3) Make my work valuable enough to purchase.

I thought this would make them "more valuable."

"Strawberry Stargazes With Doggy" was the first piece to sell out.
That piece that was very meaningful and special to me, and to others as well.

And suddenly it was no long available.

I realized that in an effort to reach my third goal, I had inadvertently undermined my second goal.
I made a piece "worth" purchasing, yet made it inaccessible to 99.99% of the population.

After I realized this, I decided to only do open edition prints.

While I'll always keep those initial prints limited, I'm also revisiting and re-imagining those pieces once they sell out.

You can see "Strawberry Stargazes With Doggy" (2.0), here.

TLDR:

Please buy my art based on its intrinsic value.
If you're only want my work because a limited number exists,
you're not buying it for the reason I'm making it anyway.
